Hello Kenny Parsons Thank you for your message and for your order. The handling charge is not something we like. While the shipping charges go to actual freight costs, the handling helps cover packaging materials and the expenses of handling smaller orders which do not cover these expenses. Hello Bruce. Thank you for your business and kind words. You're right when you point out that Amazon's lead times are shorter, and we certainly do not attempt to compete with them on that category. However, compared to other custom-made connectivity manufacturers, our lead times of between 2 and 4 weeks are much faster. Our products are of the highest quality and manufactured right here in the US, which is another huge differentiator with Amazon. Please, let us know if there's anything else we can do for you.

You are correct to say we are the only place to get them in the US, and there's a reason for this: they're unique, labor intensive and not a mass market product. Our XLR adapters are built in house, on Neutrik connectors, which as we're sure you know, are of the best quality. Please, don't hesitate to reach out for any other connectivity needs, whether it be off-the-shelf products, or custom-made.
