In a pinch and Nemal saved the day
I am an authorized Audio Video Lighting dealer and integrator. I am very particular about equipment that I utilize and purchase. Last week I was in dire need for two RG-8 cables with 50 ohm BNC connectors. The quality of the cable needed to be very high due to the nuances of the venue. I also needed the terminations to be flawless and of the highest integrity which would be tested upon install. Benjamin and Madeline were my reps and they made sure that I had my cables on such short notice. As soon as I received my cables, I knew I had made a purchase from true professionals. I was in the military and worked on high end communication systems. My attention to detail and discriminating eye (for gear) makes me instantly notice quality. Nemal came through and won me as a client. I look forward to doing business with Nemal Electronics and hopefully get Ben and Madeline again. Kudos and 5 stars.

We had made a huge mistake and ordered…
We had made a huge mistake and ordered the incorrect items ($10k+ difference) . Once the error was discovered, I called and spoke to Catherine. She was incredibly understanding, kind and even brought a bit of humor to the situation. She canceled the order while I was on the phone. I was able to order the correct items and they were delivered rather quickly and w/o out any issues. Thank you

Very good customer service. I had accidentally ordered the wrong part, I was able to have my order cancelled and fixed before shipping off to me. Which probably caused Nemal some headaches but saved me from a bunch of headaches.

We are very sorry about the issue with your order in 2021. We did everything possible to work with you and UPS to get the product delivered to you. Unfortunately, the customs regulations in Canada are very strict and they do not allow for any delay in payment of import duties and fees. As a result, the package was abandoned. We have no control over the package once it leaves the US. UPS insists that they attempted to resolve the issue with you and that the time limit passed without any resolution. We have no way to verify exactly what transpired, however we do want to do our best to make up this loss to you. We will offer a 50% on any single order you place with us with in 2023, up to a maximum discount of $250 (not including shipping, duties, or clearance fees). Please call our sales department to place your order using this discount. We sincerely hope that you will use this opportunity to more than make up for the loss on your last order.
