What people say
I really appreciate the care you took…
I really appreciate the care you took shipping my item. The joy toy turtle van was already in a box but you wrapped It in bubble wrap and put it in another box. Most places would have just shipped it with just the shipper Box.

I'm happy with my purchase
Excellent customer service
I had a package delivered to the wrong address and immediately notified Nerdzoic Toy Store. They responded right away and let me know the process. Laura was informative and helpful, great customer service, I was appreciative of the quick responses. I started purchasing from Nerdzoic.com due to poor customer service from NECA and not only do they have tons of cool stuff, but they also have excellent customer service. I’m becoming a huge Nerd…zoic fan.

I love shopping on this site
I love shopping on this site. When I recently had damage because of shipping they were quick to make it right. They sent out replacements which arrived in just a few short days. I’ll continue to shop here because of the great items they carry/prices and the understanding nature of the personnel.
