What more can anyone say about Nerdzoic? Their products are always packed with care and shipped promptly. Heck, the only thing I disagree with is their definition of “banged up” - the allegedly damaged box I received was still 99.8% mint (though admittedly, your mileage may vary)!

Ordered an item 14 months ago, It released in January 2025, they said February 2025, than May 2025, than October 2025, than November 2025, now March 2026. Every other seller has had it since Mid 2025. Now I just think they're hoping for another reissue or they'll keep pushing it back & if I cancel, they keep the cancelation fee, so they get money for nothing, I'm not saying that's how it is, just how it seems, some relationships just dont work. I won't order from them again.

We would NEVER charge a cancelation fee on an item that is late and in stock elsewhere; if we said otherwise, it would have been a mistake/miscommunication on our end. Nerdzoic provide the absolute best customer service of any online toy store today. They're personable and helpful, but they also stick a TON of items that you won't find anywhere else, like former store exclusives, sometimes before they've even hit stores! Buy with confidence.
So here's the deal. I ordered a Beast Kingdom Lobo from Nerdzoic. When it came in to stock they shipped it really quick (like every experience I've had with them.) I received it on a Tuesday and due to my work schedule I didn't have time to open it until Saturday night. Well, upon opening it I discovered that the right leg was either broken or had come off of the hip peg. Due to the way the soft goods were sewn together it was impossible to tell. So I messaged Nerdzoic that night and Monday morning when they opened they replied to my message. They emailed me a return label, and a replacement figure that day. Today is Thursday and I've got my replacement figure in hand with no issues. Their customer service is second to none!

Nerdzoic personel really understands collectors. Big Nerdy staff takes good care packaging items. When collectors buy items, wheather tjey open them or not, we want them to arrive minty. And that IS what Nerdzoic is all about. Also, great prices
Packaged properly in correct sized box, shipped out in tape sealed box, happy with product received. Almost like they have collectors in mind, where other places toss item in a box too large and throw minimal paper around product to rattle around as it travel across the country.
