Very easy to schedule or change appointments (they have a number you can text). They also deal with insurance directly so you don’t have to. We really enjoyed our experience with our lactation consultant, Jodi. They are very thorough and work to make sure you are supported in any way you need. If you are looking for virtual consulting, I highly recommend.

The consultant gave me suggestions to help with my lactation.
The company is doing very well at listening. From the receptionist down to the consultant. Also, the kindness shown goes a long way! If I know of someone-like myself-who struggles with milk production, I will not hesitate to recommend your company. Also, if I have the blessing of having another child, I will be more prompt at reaching out for help.
