The product was fine but shipping with UPS is terrible. People who work full time can not be home to provide a signature. Delayed the shipment for an entire week. It was supposed to be a gift but shipping screwed that up.

For those of us who prefer very pricey, top shelf, hard to find libations…shopping can be a blood sport. Some bottles are impossibly hard to find, harder to find at a good price. Nestor Liquor is your portal to both. Add quick shipping (got my order the next day) and you have a perfect source for your high-end liquor. I work 100+hrs a week operating multiple businesses and do not have time for prolonged internet searches. I can login to the Nestor Liquor website, place my order in two minutes and know I’m all set. Oh, and the way they package your order is complete bubble-wrap overkill to ensure your order arrives undamaged. There simply is no room for improvement. Nestor Liquor sets the customer care bar so high…other vendors need to charter a plane just to see it. Try em once, you’ll see. Tell em Bruce sent ya…you can thank me later.
Bad Experience
I placed an order on their website. It was shipped and received in a timely manner. However, it was not as described or pictured on their website. I made several calls over the next several days. They never answered the phone. I left a message each time but they never called me back. I left many messages on their website too. I received one automated message saying they would get back to me. They never did. There was nothing positive about dealing with them. I'm out money and received much aggravation. I have them on my banned list of businesses to never do business with again.
