I have purchased from Nestor Liquor several times now. Usually have no issues finding hard or impossible bottles that are hard to find in SC.

Avoid buying from them and their predatory return polices I was a long time customer buying many thousands of dollars in bourbon from this company for years. yesterday I purchased a bottle of bourbon and immediately realized I had already purchased this same bottle a few months ago. Withing in minutes of realizing my error I reached out to Nestor and asked to cancel the order. They charged me a 10% fee to cancel the order. I will never purchase another item for this store and cancelled another order from them that I had placed earlier in the day. there are many customer friendly stores that have much better customer service than Nestors.

I wasn’t able to sign for the package…

I wasn’t able to sign for the package when it was being delivered because I was working during those hours…it was then returned and I wasn’t even reimbursed!!…I understand not being reimbursed for the delivery fee, but not for the bottle I did not receive. I will NEVER order from Nestor Liquor again.

Item I was notified about was still instock and available to purchase. Checkout was easy! Only suggestion would be to select a pick up location at checkout, instead of waiting all day for UPS to make delivery, or muss delivery due to being at work when they stop. Ability to select a UPS pickup point for signature delivery would make experience 100% better!

Placed an order earlier this week for an item with a 1k price tag, wanted to reorder at same price and it went up $200 in a couple of days, asked if I could get a price match, they sent a $15 off coupon. No thanks. Then had an issue when on the website revisiting the same product and trying a coupon code and while putting in a code, the system automatically placed an order before I even finished putting in the code, emailed a cancelation request and was told 10% fee to cancel order (sent the email within 1 minute of issue). Now I'm getting hit with an approximate $105 cancel fee, was told to expect an email about refund minus the cancel fee, then I receive an email that it is shipping! You can't make this up! Their website appears to have an issue and I am paying the price literally. So now I don't know if my order was cancelled and will get a refund minus a BS $105 charge or I will be getting price gouged an extra $200 for something I no longer want. I shall take my business elsewhere, I work way too hard to get ripped off and aggravated like this. Oh, and it just got better, while sending this review I received a reply that now that a label was printed they want to charge a 25% restocking fee, so now they want to charge me $250 to restock AND $105 cancellation fee on a 1k order!!?? I can see the email you received at 9:06 AM saying your order would be canceled and a credit would be issued, but you also received a “shipped” notification. Since your order is already tied to a fulfillment, I’m going to loop in a teammate to review what happened with the cancelation and the refund/credit for order #200949. One important note: all sales are final. If any refund/credit is issued for a shipped order, a 25% restocking fee may apply, and shipping fees are non-refundable once a shipping label is created.
