Big Scam!!! STAY AWAY. It will take money from your account even after you cancelled your subscription. They are impossible to reach out. You will have to call your bank to block the payments. They have fake reviews on the play store to confused you. You can't even put your own review there.Be aware.

I payed for a week but did not setup and account and could not use the service. I emailed with no response. They charged for a 2nd week and emailed again with no response. I went on the app and tried the chat feature and no response after sending two messages on different days. I had to call my bank to order a new card.

I was tricked into subscribing for a week promotional price and to my surprise they kept charging me for 5 weeks straight, I am only realizing today when I went through my bank transactions that they continued charging me. What is sad is that their app doesn't even show under active subscriptions in play store so I can't cancel the subscription. SCAMMERS of the century

I was charged 1149.99 EGP without my consent or any clear authorization The app does not show the subscription in Google Play or inside the account, making it impossible to manage or cancel Customer support is unresponsive, and this feels like a deceptive and fraudulent billing practice I demand a full refund immediately.
Absolute scammers
Absolute scammers, they will take money put of your account even after you unsubscribe- cancel your card, they still take money, I have to go into the bank to try and block it.. Wrote 8 emails with screen shots with zero response. Tried contacting through the website, waste of time. 4 weeks now unbelievable.. Save your money people..

I was charged 3 time per day and keep going…
I was charged 3 time per day when I even does’t have any on-going active subscription and keep going. So i lost a few hundred bucks for nothing and I have to cancel my card bcoz of this fraud/scam. I tried to reach out to the support email “support@ netshort dot com” but it appeared no one is attending to the feedback or complaint.

Horrible app that hides itself. It doesn’t appear on iPhone nor Google play and keeps charging you regardless of what you do to cancel it. Please don’t fall victim to this scam.

These auto renewal spam I have seen it all even before you were this company ever existed. Guys please be careful and stay away from this company or any company similar to this.

Scammers. Responded to an advertisement. The payments continue automatically even though I took for a week. No button to cancel anywhere. Sent mails but nothing changes! People, see what you do! They are scammers of the worst kind!!!!!!

The stories are good but they RIP you off by not unlocking the amout you pay for. I paid $15.oo for 1500 coins but only unlocked 10 episodes 😒. If I get through this story I am going to uninstall it. Not worth my time. Too many ads just to watch 1 episode. 😡

Way way too much over the top screaming and yelling by the characters. Way over the top. No one, not even angry people, do it as much as the Apollo beggar story. It's ludicrous. It wrecks most of the episodes. Wow.
Netshort is a fraudster company
Charged weekly for a subscription i never authorised after agreeing to a 1 week free trial via Instagram (web link), using ApplePay. I did not sign up or register as a user hence I can't even find login on their site to trace the transaction! No response from customer service when I emailed a termination request (no surprise there). I have to now cancel my credit card and get a new one, which is a huge hassle as I'll have to change all my direct debit transactions just because of these Netshort fraudsters. Don't ever bother with them or you will regret it.
