NEUTRALN=SCAM I ordered back in January. I didn’t suffer as bad some reviews I’ve read but this the worst company ever!! I, too, still haven’t received my package. Do not order from them! They don’t even have a customer service number you can call & receive help Elena Lewis
Company is a scam
Company is a scam. Charged 50% more on my card than what my order confirmation showed, and I never received my product. I instead received a cheap plastic ring (not the makeup that I ordered) and they were able to therefore claim that my order had been delivered. Total fraudulent scam, do not order from them!!

Same thing happened to me. I waited 6 months to get my order You have no way to contact them once they get your money. The flowers I ordered looked like they came from the dollar store. They shipped from ITALY! They also are constantly changing their business name. Don’t order from them they’re a scam!
On 12/10/23 This company is a SCAM
On 12/10/23 I ordered the Waterproof Solar Powered Firefly Light × 10 Warm White/10 BULBS and paid $139.65. My Order ID: 3249S56844. They never shipped the items and did not as promised refund the money. You can't reach a live person just auto response emails telling you your items shipped but that's BS. I don't like to give bad reviews but I am furious at the run around they gave me and continue to give me for months and the false promises. Send me back the money or send me the items. It's a simple fix unless you're all just thieves! SCAMMERS!!!
Company ignored my cancellation and decided to ship against my request.
I tried repeatedly after this company claimed they'd made a mistake to immediately cancel the entire offer. This was within an hour after placing the order. Instead, they actually balked and told me they were going to ignore my request to cancel the order and ship it and charge me anyway. I am furious and will be notifying my credit card company to not honor the charge, which was forced upon me, even though I cancelled the order before it ever got shipped.
