Excellent experience with New England RC. The ordering process was quick, easy, and straightforward, with clear communication every step of the way. Kenneth, This is an international overseas transit issue. I'm disappointed you did not reach out to me directly first to let me review your order, and tracking first before notifying us with a one star review. This is frustrating but not uncommon delays due to USPS and the many international hops involved. There is no guarantee from them in transit time outside of the US unfortunately. We have checked and the package is still in transit, it will arrive late but it will arrive. Please give the package some extra time to land in the final destination. We can see it has landed in the finally country of Malaysia. You should have the USPS tracking number attached to this email for your reference. You can use this to keep an eye on it, and I will do so as well. In the future using UPS, DHL, or FedEx for international shipping is highly recommended. The FrSky RPM sensor works as expected, and filled the need for RPM data for a Mix to implement variable gain. Works great! New England RC is always quick in fulfilling orders.

I think NERC is a great company with some great customer service. I had an issue with a charger I purchased from them and they handled it and helped me to get it warrantied through the manufacturer.
