Great price and shipped within 24hrs. Could not locate the Goosky E2 heli (RTF rescue edition) anywhere on the west coast. Internet search came up with NERC. Did multiple scam & trustworthiness searches to ensure NERC was legitimate, and placed my order. NERC shipped the heli and the extra batteries I ordered the next day--NERC even included a piece of candy-Nice Touch!
Fair pricing, product availability, fast shipping. It seems since the release of the S2 Max in the states, parts have been difficult to obtain. I realize there are various reasons for this but when they are available, you have to order because they aren't going to last long. NERC has been a good source for Goosky products.
Customer service - Great! Relatively easy to get help anytime needed via text. I always prefer to shop small businesses like New England RC. Any mistakes are corrected promptly and I see New England RC as a staple resource in my RC helicopter hobby.
