Beyond grateful
Cristina is truly the best of the best. After six years of chronic and acute PTSD, following twenty-plus years of violent trauma, I'd worked with some excellent practitioners and made a significant amount of progress, but I was losing hope as I plateaued at a level at which my PTSD symptoms still impeded daily life to a level that held back everything I cared about. Then, I began work with Cristina. In less than a year I'm at a level of peace and functionality that I couldn't have imagined. We're not slowing down and I have such high hopes now about regaining a full, beautiful life and enjoying every bit of the safety and peace I've built in the wake of extreme childhood violence. If you're a PTSD survivor reading this, please take the opportunity to work with her. Cristina's skill is matched by her compassion and kindness. I'm so thankful to have her and our work as part of my life.

Cristina is not only an excellent, intelligent and professional therapist—she is also an incredible and schedule-flexible clinician. I have been a client of Cristina’s since 2021 and I could not be more thankful for her unwavering support, throughout my entire treatment and still ongoing. Cristina was a dream to work with, her guidance helped me navigate some of the hardest times of my life. She always met me and whatever I was going through in life with such ease and comfort. Especially navigating some earth-shattering grief. She is dependable and very kind. You can tell she loves what she does because she puts her whole self into her work.

I have been working with my current therapist, Cristina, for over a year. I even followed her out of network, just to continue sessions with her. The experience has been overall a wonderfully supportive and challenging experience. I’m proud of the changes in my daily life I have been able to make through her conscientious support and guidance.

I cant recommend Cristina enough. Not only does she listen, she hears me and makes me feel seen especially in really hard situations that not many people would get. She has given me so many helpful tools that have been completely life changing and has reinstated my hope and support in therapy after feeling hopeless for a bit. She’s amazing!
