Got what I sent for
Charged more than receipt stated
Ordered a precision tweezer and lash comb via Facebook @ £12.99, and received receipt which was for £13.64, however the amount that was taken from my credit card was £17.73 - My receipt stated FREE SHIPPING and I paid 65p for Shipping Insurance. I sent them a message asking to cancel order if they intend in charging me £17.73 - no response so far.... UPDATED: I didn't get a response back from my message, but I did receive a refund back on my credit card for the difference of what I should have been charged.
