Love the business is family owned and locally operated. This is the first e-bike I’ve purchased and it was hand delivered and assembled at no extra cost. Unfortunately we had some mechanical teething issues (no fault of theirs) however they were always quick to respond to trouble shooting emails and did two trips to the sunny coast to work through the bike’s issues and even threw in some bike extras for our troubles. Absolutely flawless experience from start to finish. Shipping was surprisingly rapid. Less than seven days from order to my doorstep. Packaging was thorough and protective, received wheel hundred percent unscathed. I sometimes think the shipping is the real torture test. Outstanding and stellar job! thanks so much Rob and the crew.
Next gen mobility went above and beyond. The owner Rob was personally available to answer any questions or concerns, which there weren’t many concerns. They swapped my shipping almost instantly upon request to no signature. They also cancelled and swapped my Panther order for an ORYX immediately upon request. Top notch place to buy an EUC!
Shipped immediately upon shipment arrival (pre-order), communication was perfect with any questions I had and answered almost immediately. My Vertex Pads were ordered 2 days apart and managed to come same day as wheel.....too cool guys!! Very attentive and caring team. Can't really say a bad thing about the experience at all.
