4 Months With no washer or dryer
My experience with the Samsung Bespoke washer/dryer combo was extremely disappointing. The unit failed after purchase, and it took four months and six service visits before I finally gave up and ordered a replacement. Each appointment cost me time away from work, lost wages, and a 20-mile drive with fuel expenses. While I understand Samsung manufactures the appliance, I purchased it from Nebraska Furniture Mart, and this experience reflects on the retailer as well. I hope this replacement performs better, but no customer should have to invest this much time, money, and frustration just to have a working appliance.
