I received an email indicating that my package had been shipped, which I mistakenly interpreted as delivered. Consequently, I was understandably distressed upon not locating it. I sent an email, and they replied within ten minutes, clarifying the misunderstanding. I have never experienced such a prompt and respectful response from any customer service representative, and I am exceedingly grateful for the swift resolution to my concerns. I have confidence that this company will address any delivery issues and genuinely assist customers rather than squander their time.

It will take forever to get your Badge
Be sure that when you set up your account, make sure you use an email account you check regularly and isn't a Google Workspace account, business account or anything other than a consumer account. It won't work at all. Unless you call them they won't reach out via phone just email if there is an issue with the picture. Somehow I sent a picture of my LLC cert and not the REP's photograph. They emailed me on my consumer email and since it went to spam I never received it.
With all that being said someone did reach out via email to the updated email and helped me get an ID at no additional charge!

Good morning, we will reach out direct as well but it appears this order was sent on 7/30. Jewel-Osco requests that we send these orders in bulk, they are then distributed to the individual stores.
