I’ve had a truly amazing experience with NiceRx! The entire team is supportive, professional, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Benjamin, who has been incredibly helpful and kind throughout the process. He assisted me in scheduling multiple doctor appointments whenever I had questions or needed to adjust my treatment, and made sure everything went smoothly. The doctor was also fantastic—always understanding and responsive. He increased my dosage when needed and NiceRx team made sure a new supply was sent out promptly whenever I ran into any issues. Great service
Great service. I’ve looked at a couple other companies that do similar programs, but they nickel and dime you with additional fees. This program is easy, less costly than others, and great customer service. I’ve emailed in the evening and gotten response. I’ve canceled my service once, and it wasn’t a big hassle. I realized I bailed out before establishing good habits, so I rejoined…easy. I highly recommend this program.
