I was really skeptical to order off of Instagram, but I took a chance and was pleasantly surprised! They kept in touch with me through email and my canvas was here in no time and it's beautiful!

Beautiful White Dress Silhouette

I love my new art work. I’m collecting all of the The White Dress art pieces. Of note, the shipping box was falling apart and the box had no padding for protection. It wasn’t shipped “safe and sound.” I’m surprised it arrived in one piece! Therefore, I’m hesitant to order again from NicheCanvas.

I really like the piece I ordered. I do wish the colors were more vibrant. Eternal Golden Light would do so much better if it were a metallic paint or better yet gold leaf. It’s still very nice and looks nice in the room it’s placed I just wish these pieces had more life in the colors. But they are prints on canvas not actual paint.

I love it!! The Tropical Serenity Window is so relaxing!! AND, I can't believe how quickly I received it!! I have ordered from Niche a few times before and I can't remember getting the pieces so quickly. The Company is very good at keeping the customer informed as to the process and the delivery is very good. And, the piece was exactly as shown online.

Very Disappointed!!

Very Disappointed!!! Ordered over $2k worth of paintings based on reviews.. it’s been over 2 weeks still waiting on status update..cannot reach them by phone or text.. rarely respond by mail in 2-3 days.. Now my money is stuck ..just have to wait I think … will not recommend to anyone!!

The refund would cost me $479 to send back

The canvas was misrepresented on the Advertisement. I have sent pictures of the low quality, Incorrect color, poorly placed Staples on the frame. When I asked for a refund, they wanted me to send it back without giving me a label and wanted me to pay for it. It would cost me More than $100 than what I paid to send it back. The only thing Worse than their canvas is their customer service! I would not receive one if it was free!

It was a pleasure doing business with you/ Niche Canvas. I ordered 2 pics for my gym area and got my order within 2 weeks. I at first was having a little trouble w/ my order (my fault) and their customer support was very prompt and helpful resolving the issue. Couldn’t be more pleased with both the quality of the pictures and the professionalism of their customer service dept. Will definitely be ordering more pictures from NicheCanvas soon. Thanks!

Awful

Awful, no idea where my package is and it’s been 2 months. Just don’t do it - not worth the risk. Having to get $ back through my bank. Replied once saying it’s on its way ….. it’s not, scam.

I am so pleased with my print from NicheCanvas. Better than I expected. The company was keeping me updated on my order which kept me reassured I was dealing with a reputable company. I just love my picture ❤️

Shipping nightmare

Loved are first pictures, however the run around we are now getting on a horrible shipping process. For 12 days package whereabouts are unknown. Asked to help but need shipping label as the tracking says it right in my neighborhood. There Chat girl named Cate got very snarky, then Shelly took over as I caught them letting me sit in the chat area saying no agents available. Had my daughter enter chat under different name and she immediately got Cate. Would be funny if you didn’t have my money. Apparently no refunds no shipping labels no one to actually speak with. Asked for policy on how long we wait during (the busy season) even though extra was paid to get faster. As a customer I understand issue. They are not problem solvers. Nobody at this company can track a shipping order that is clearly lost. I have that set of skills but you won’t even provide me a shipping label. I’ve tracked missing package all over the world. Every company needs a problem solver and a customer service department that is trained properly. Update- Dec. 12 finally a response after several emails and this post, I’ve got the shipping label and an update from post office. ( hopefully it will ship, will see) still no answer on how long I must wait before a refund is issued. Baby steps.
