I think the Nicokick POINT system is a scam because every time I try to use it, I see the following message: "There was a problem redeeming your coupon." When I finally got someone to answer the phone and ask about this issue, I was asked about using a coupon. When I try to use POINTS, it addresses them as a coupon and the kids on the phone do not know what to do with that! I was told that it would be fixed and someone would get back with me, but nothing ever happened. Now they are just raising their prices and no one answers the phone. What is this company turning into???
I absolutely love this company! First off they have the 11mg which is impossible to find in my little town. Second the more you buy the cheaper it is! I mean honestly we’re going to buy it anyway, might as well get it at a good price. Shipping is fast and efficient. I don’t even buy our ZYN in the store anymore. I don’t have a bad thing to say about this company. Thank you for being awesome!
Definitely could've been smoother and easier, but good prices overall as long as you understand that most of the cost is going to come from taxes.

We're so happy to hear you appreciate our huge selection and great prices! It's wonderful that our delivery was fantastic for you. We look forward to your next order!
Very easy to navigate website. Only co.pkaint I would have is coupon codes. My phone doesn't seem to do copy / paste so I have to hand copy and it's quite long. Just doesn't seem to need to be so long? Other than that I love the coupons that save me money
