I was anxious about how to order further supplies I needed for my father as the kit sent home from hospital was getting low. An agent called me from Nightingale it was such a relief the lady talked me through how to order in future and what was available. In trying times this is a brilliant service. The agent who rang was courteous and pleasant. She went through a number of items checking that I had an adequate supply, explaining how many I should have in case of emergency. She was knowledgeable about the product and how long the service would take. So, very happy with the service.
