My mother and I attended Carol's private sound bath for the winter solstice and it was a beautifully curated experience that was intimate and supportive to all who attended. Carol is so genuine and opens her heart and skills to facilitate relaxation and healing. After the session (which was immensely relaxing and fascinating), she offered us delicious tea and special treats that she had made to celebrate the solstice! It was so thoughtful. All in all, we had a fantastic experience and highly recommend her.
This was my first sound bath and I feel lucky to have had someone as skilled in the art of sound bowls and knowledgable of spiritual realms as Carol.

A wonderful relaxing healing experience
Carol always takes time to welcome new guests to her Sound Bath sessions, and introduce them to the rest of the group. She creates a calm, welcoming atmosphere and tries to tailor a portion of the session to each person’s needs.
The sound bath itself is magical - Carol uses so many different singing bowls, chimes, rain sticks and other instruments to create a soothing and relaxing soundscape. I always look forward to it as a weekly reset.

Nirvana Healing Arts has the best sound bath around! Not only is Carol trained by the masters in the Tibetan and Himalayan practice but she also has handmade Tibetan singing bowls. The sounds are transformative in their healing vibrations. I go every week and feel amazing afterwards!
