Last-minute hotel switch handled flawlessly — Christian went above and beyond
We have always had an excellent experience with Noble, and our family trip to Barcelona was no exception. We needed to switch hotels last minute, and Christian handled everything with impressive speed — he found the Grand Hotel Central, confirmed availability, sorted out the extra child fee, and even coordinated check-out and pickup timing so it wouldn't disrupt our itinerary. He was super responsive at all hours, and the finishing touch was the welcome note and gift waiting for us in the room. What Noble does really well is exactly this: having someone who actually solves problems in real time, with genuine attention to the client's details, not just a scripted response. Highly recommend for anyone traveling who wants that kind of behind-the-scenes support.

Above and beyond, always!
The team at Noble Stay always goes above and beyond to make each stay super special. I have traveled for special occasions with my children and am always treated to a wonderful surprise when we arrive. Even for regular, personal travel, Noble Stay takes great care of us. They always make the effort to inquire about and fulfill any guest requests and do their best to accomodate any wishes or needs. They are also exceptionally responsive!! I never have to follow up or ask for anything twice. Emma is especially wonderful and makes you feel like you are her only priority. I enthusiastically recommend Noble Stay!
The Noble Team made my recent trip to Lausanne effortless. My favorite hotel was booked, they found another one, arranged for a fabulous upgrade and enquired about how the trip was going.

I had such a great experience with the whole Noble Team, specially Emma. After booking they kept in touch without being too much, or annoying. Days before my stay, she contacted me just in case i needed anything beforehand.
I finally got our hotel just to be surprised with a huge suite, and a bottle of wine.
The service was very personal and thoughtful.
Thanks Emma for going above and beyond to take care of me.

2 months in Oz (Australia) and 1 month in Spain by Noblestay
We have been using Noblestay for 2 years. Christian/Emma and the team are awesome at finding gorgeous hotels and coordinating complex itineraries. We did a 2 month trip to Australia where we booked every room with them. The service was excellent and all of the rooms were incredible. We leave in 2 days for a 1 month trip to Spain with the same expectations. Noblestay is easy to work with, have great communications and their platform is excellent

🌴 Our first trip to Asia was absolutely magical – and we owe it all to our dear friends at Noblestay.
We’ve traveled the world and stayed in many beautiful places, but this time was different. Thanks to Emma and Christian, our fairy godparents behind the scenes, we experienced Bali in the most luxurious way possible – three incredible hotels, all fully booked, yet somehow they managed to find us not only availability, but the most beautiful rooms in each.
To top it off, we were lucky enough to receive villa upgrades at every single hotel. We know it wasn’t just luck – it was their touch.

Well Done Noble!!
We like this new website very much and have just purchased Rome and Venice for our trip to Italy next spring (hopefully). With all the uncertainty it was important that we could also use it the following year at least and we got it valid for three years at both our hotels!! giving us until 2023. great flexibility I must say. I used Noble for the Beau Rivage in Lausanne, the process was quick and efficient. The certificate was received by email and we booked directly with a very nice lady from the hotel. The credit was applied to my final bill without me saying anything which was great. My only issue is that it needs to cover more destinations!
