The product arrived last night, though the time between the ordering and the shipping did take longer than expected. The product itself is much better than expected. My only criticism is that I had no idea what to expect because there was no real brand description on the website. On the whole, I am please with the service and the item. I intend to pay off in 3 months
Call times seemed a bit long but overall everyone was nice. Support through email was very prompt and professional. Only tip I can give to aspiring buyers look them up on shop their online store options aren't as abundant especially for customisable laptops. Also my track pad get stuck. Overall al good experience would recommend.

It was super EASY to get approved but the very annoying thing was having to confirm my phone number. Everything I sent yall. Yall were like nooooo (I use prepaid I don’t have a physical bill) I’d say yall should work on that and think of a better way to confirm phone numbers lol
Solid experience.I even needed to change devices after realizing I need a PC with faster shipping and support got me canceled so I could purchase another device within the hour. Only things I'd say holding from 5 stars is wait time on the phone for confirmation for your purchase, And if you're looking for more laptops they have more variety on shop rather than their online store.
