I’m trying to purchase a desktop computer outright but you keep sending me emails telling me you need me to sign a lease agreement, what? It’s ridiculous because you’ve already done it twice.

I am missing components to my keyboard, my "esc" button and the power cord to the keyboard are not in the box, my numeric pad had the "+" and "ENTER" removed from the keyboard. So im not to thrilled about the issue! Delivery was great, price was ok just not happy the im missing things I need to use my purchased items!
Thanks for letting us know. We're going to reach out to you by email and we'll get this squared away. The items are new in box so sounds like Redragon made a mistake when putting that one together!
