It was pretty easy to apply, I have not the best credit (like at all) and they approved me for a decent price to pay. My pc came literally came 1-2 days later and I ordered at night so it’s goated service. Recommend for all (my pc runs fine I play all the AAA titles and so on.

Well at first I thought it was a scam and I was worried, but my pc came in. It’s been my goal for a long time to have a pc and I finally found a trustworthy company to help it come true. The pc was build already which was amazing as well and I love it. The price is definitely a lot more than the original price of the pc but it’ll be worth it in the end so it’s okay. I appreciate it a lot.

HORRIBLE BUSINESS! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!

I purchased a laptop from them and paid the upfront payment. I waited and waited. Received no follow up email. They use SHOP to ship their products. The status on SHOP never changed. I sent them an email asking the status of my purchase. They responded with an email requesting several documents, which I promptly sent. After a couple hours, I received a purchase cancellation email stating that one of the documents did not meet the criteria they requested. They did not tell me which one. They simply cancelled my purchase and stated I should see the refund of my initial payment within 7-10 business days. Depending on my card processor. If I could give them ZERO stars or even negative stars I would. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!

Overall a quick application process based off your stability and income not your credit. Applied on a Sunday called the number the very next morning person I spoke to was very professional. Chose to get a custom build so the wait can take 2 weeks but that it will be here on time to test it before my payment is due. So if you want yours in 3 to 5 days choose the ones that say "ready to go".

I have loved every second of having this pc thus far. I've waited an insurmountably long time to finally be able to get one (I'm talkin' straight years). I'm playing games I never thought I would be able to in beautiful imagery. I like how I can mess around a little bit with the RGB led fan lights which I just found out recently how to do. All the wires and whatnot are beautifully done, the case is beautiful, I received it without a single fingerprint until I put my own on there! it came with solid protection packing as well! so far, it's everything I could've asked for. The sign-up process actually didn't take long at all, and I most certainly did get approved quite quickly and received it within 2 weeks, all the employees I spoke to at NCG to make this happen, whether it was over email or phone were truly friendly people. I have no cons in regard to the customer service I received during the process and my payments fit perfectly into my budget, I love being able to pay every 2 weeks. I love hearing the startup sound of the liquid CPU cooler. One of the LED light sets combine 2 of my favorite colors, it stays quiet, it truly does stay cool! I have a good solid feeling this pc will last me until the day I decide to own it for good or get an even better one from NCG! Thank each and every one of you at NCG for making this happen for me.
