I am new to the service but a friend…
I am new to the service but a friend became a partner or something involved with the server side of things. I decided to rent having been a long time customer to Gportal. So far everything has been really great. I am happy to help my friend with the purchase/renting of my server and also happy to report that service is great. Gportal did nothing wrong, this was an opportunity to try a different company. Very happy with the service provided by NodeCraft, will certainly remain a customer for the forseeable future.

Went above and beyond for a simple fix, with a quick response time too! My buddy had the server password for Palworld that needed an update, so I was locked out for HOURS. Cameron with support pushed the update for me, which he could have easily shrugged off and said to contact the owner. They really care about their customers.

Best Server Hosts
Server had some issues. Contacted support to immediate response by a real person and solved issue for us immediately. So far these guys have been great for both of our server hosting needs. These folks have been much better than other hosts we've used before and we definitely appreciate it.

I love Nodecraft. The support staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The user interface is among the best there is. The subscription plans are fair, the servers are reliable. And I love that they store your saves even if you stop making payments.

I'm a new user and found everything SO easy to work with, but I had some questions regarding some features or how the servers worked which I got help with really quick. I even had a follow up question which was totally okay to ask and was guided following that as well, without having to open a different ticket/conversation. Cameron was very helpful! I was having lag issues and identified that I did not have enough GB for the game and number of people that I wanted to join my game. Cameron responded immediately to the chat and provided the assistance I needed within less than 5 minutes. SUPER happy with the Nodecraft provider and suppoer team.

I have been using Nodecraft for a few days now to host a palworld server with my friends. We have had zero issues and I even got support on upgrading my service with an extended trial run!
