My English Springer loves the food. Switched from The Farmers Dog as the texture of Nom Nom is more appealing vs TFD and the single serve packs are more convenient. But, the cost is considerable. Not for the faint of heart or those with a budget or multiple dogs.

We started our Great Pyrenees Sully on Nom Nom about a month ago. A good friend highly recommended it. She has given it to her fur babies for a long time. Sully absolutely loves his food. We have noticed his coat is better than ever. It’s so silky and soft. Sully does therapy visits and many people who see him regularly comment on how good he looks. What goes in must come out. That also shows us what great food he’s getting. No more tummy problems. We really like the easy way to change an order if we want to try a different meal. We are very satisfied with Nom Nom. My dog absolutely loves Nom Nom

The food is nutritious, reasonably priced, and always on time. Have been receiving for over a year now and I do not have any complaints whatsoever!!! One experience worthy of mention...during last winter, there were to be a plethora of storms on the delivery route to my home. I received a message from Nom Nom inquiring if I might want to bump delivery up a week. I hadn't even thought of it!!! How absolutely over the top this company's service is!!!

My Nom Nom experience

My dog is 4 years old and has been eating fresh for almost 3 years now. We started with and have pretty much stayed with a different fresh food provider and over that period of time she has been hot and cold on the particular recipes she has decided she will eat. So now I buy fresh from several providers and mix them. Nom Nom has fit into that practice pretty well. It’s more chunky so it provides a more chucky chewy meal as opposed to a paste or oatmeal textured meal. So far that is working for us. We also like the smaller packaging that Nom Nom uses. We don’t like the way they bundle the packages with rubber bands prior to freezing them. This creates 2 issues, at least for me. It distorts the packages so they become almost unstackable and the rubber bands freeze into the tight creases such that they have to be cut apart and then remove the pieces after they are thawed.

Sudden change in plans made travel easy

I received responsive and immediate action in reschedulung orders when I suddenly had to travel. The food came promptly and when predicted allowing Arty a food filled vacation at the kennel while we were gone.

Product good, Service not so good

I’ve been a Nom Nom customer for 2-3 years. Their food is expensive compared to other fresh dog foods, but I thought it was worth it as Murphy enjoys it. The issue I have with this company is their customer service. It’s awful in my opinion. So bad, I’m thinking of trying a different brand. They give a date for delivery and based on my experience it’s a best guess. When you go on their website and change the delivery date you may or may not receive. It’s very annoying especially when you change because you’re not going to be home to receive the food. Customer service is of no help. I think the product is good but service is lousy based on my experiences. If it was just one time, then ok, but it’s been multiple for me.

As suggested in the title, Nom Nom's food is the best I've purchased for my dog; I've purchased premium dog food for over 8 years. As good as the food is, management seems to be in love with rules that do not benefit either the customer or their management. So far the quality of the food outweighs the cumbersome business model they employ.

False advertising on price.

Made an order that said 50% off in the checkout page. After the order, never received an email of the confirmation. They charged my the full 100%. Asked customer service to cancel the order. They said no and still charged me the 100%.

It looks like good quality food, but for some reason, my dog decided to eat Nom Nom in the second month. I had 3 different flavors, and none of them are being accepted by my dog now.
