Like many others have said, this company is a complete joke. False advertising to the product they send you. This is another of those scam companies online that sell knock off items being advertised as brand name. Poorly made, very cheap, bad business practices and people out there please do not buy from this company you will regret it to lose your time and money.
The box is great! The website also sent a handwritten card and feather. The hat was exactly as pictured and the right size! I hope the shop will make a little larger size hat in the future that I can give to my family.
Scam website. This company has 7-8 different fake websites they use to scam customers by advertising other brand's products, such as ours, on Google Ads and then sending customers extremely poor quality hats, or in some instances, even trash. There are hundreds of accounts of this if you do your researching on these companies.
Hats took 3 weeks to deliver. I didn't think I would get them. This was a fathers day gift. I was so embarrassed. The order came crushed with brims wrinkled. I was so disappointed. They will never scam me again.
Gave one star because zero was not an option. A Scam, if you could see the clown hat i was sent....Bozo would be proud. Don't give these SCAMMERS your money!!
Placed an order on May 7th with a promise of ship date within 7 days. Now 17 days later and no word from this company. Comments on Insta show that this is a widespread problem.
