if you are a current customer I recommend canceling and changing companies. We have been paying 3x more than our neighbours. They have been in the news for misleading marketing about their "top 3 guarantee" be sure to give 3 months notice of your cancellation as well.
In my experience to this company their seller is scamming people so they will change to NordlysEnergi. They will give you good deal and will tell you there is no binding time and you can just change other electric company if you are not satisfied. It did not happen to me. The company is telling me to continue or I have to pay the binding time for more than 2000kr. I hope people will read this to avoid companies that scam people. Never trust them. Always do research first before changing electric company.
