Top notch customer service and support. You can easily subscribe to receive the items from the company and change the delivery windows if needed. I've been using the Muscle and Joint Builder balm to recover after surfing and it's the best thing I've found on the market. Also as a bonus, no medicine odor to the balm!

At first i didn’t expect that something natural would work, but after using Norse organic balm for almost a year now, my skin is feeling a lot more soft and less irritated. In general, i have had a good experience with the customer service, personal check-ups to see the experience of the customer, and in return -the genuine response they give back. Something I appreciate about this company is that they not only sell something that works, but also promote a wholistic lifestyle that goes alongside it, which I think is very much needed in a world pumped with chemicals, toxins and an artificial lifestyle in general. So thank you.

Fantastic Customer Service!

While my daughter didn't really like the product (she has texture issues and felt it was too waxy), the customer service was extremely understanding and helpful when I cancelled my order. I would use them again without hesitation if I thought my daughter would stick with it.

Expensive but it works!! If you’re hesistant about the price I’d say try only the “pimple stopper night balm” to start with. Would definitely recommend! I was skeptical for a long time but im glad I took the leap. Also love that you don’t have to wash your face beforehand, some days I just don’t have the energy for that!

I ordered couple of products from Norse Organics recently. I had trouble with the smell for one of the products I received, I am sensitive to most smells. Contacted Norse Organics with my issue, I was extremely surprised when someone actually listened to my issue, and promptly responded with alternative solutions. Jan L. from Norse Organics truly went above and beyond to resolve my issue. To say I am surprised at the professionalism and the time and effort this lady expended to assist a customer who reached out to them is an understatement. The reason I say this is because there seems to be no accountability or integrity in today’s invisible digital world. My teenager started using their night cream recently and so far she is happy with it. I am very happy with the quality of the product we are currently using, the ingredients are safe and all natural, and their customer service is simply amazing! I wish Norse Organics and Jan L. great success!! I can’t wait to recommend your products to all my friends.
