He seems to have reinvigorated the maplesyrup market with interesting additional flavoring in some of his products. He also has a very cool weather station feature easily accessable directly from the website opening page.
Thank you Paul, hope your clients enjoy the syrup!

Even though my order was lost, your representative Christian went above and beyond. He spent time reaching out to USPS, most places would have you do that. So I am extremely appreciative of his assistance.
Thanks for the positive review Valerie, it's irksome for both of us when USPS loses a shipment in transit. Though it may not have made it by the big birthday, I hope the gift arrives soon for you and the family to enjoy. :)
I can't say enough about Northern Reach Maple's customer service. What an outstanding company!! Seriously, more companies need to take after them. They should pride themselves on what they do. Great products, awesome customer service, and I know that takes a lot of hard work.
We're pleased we were able to exceed expectations Cassie :D Please think of us again when you have a hankering for some Maine Maple goodness.
The service was top notch. I was also impressed that the owner remembered that I mentioned i was allergic to coffee weeks before. What i saw was we as customers being treated as family. I want to wish this beautiful family all the best with this business endeavor.

Thanks for the review and we hope you enjoy your order!
I was more than pleased with the customer service and the speed of delivery across the country especially at this time of year. I initially gave the incorrect address, but the seller looked up the address and made the correction prior to me contacting them. The recipients were thrilled with their gift. I will definitely order again. This time for myself. Sincere thank you. Merry Christmas.
Great to hear it made it out to Hawaii by Christmas! And thanks for the positive review. And of course let us know if we help sate a sweet tooth in the future!
I received a prompt response regarding the items I requested vs. their inventory. My shipment was mailed in a timely manner. The company provided courteous communication and voluntary effort to address a delivery problem that occurred on my end.

We are especially glad we were able to meet your expectations and help resolve the carrier-related delivery issue. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and feedback like this means a great deal. Great tasting products, multiple variety of real maple items. Maple Cotton candy 😋 yummy
Not even sure where to begin. Ordering is fast and easy. I'm excited to try their new products as they continue to make new things available but I can't get enough of the maple. It's perfect for pancakes, but also nice to try and make new recipes with. All of the prices are reasonable and everything I've ordered arrived very quickly. If you want authentic maple this is as good as it gets. Northern Reach Maple is responsive and friendly when it comes to answering any questions you'd have. Would recommend over and over again.
Glad you liked the orders and thanks for the review!
Quick delivery and best tasting maple syrup I have ever had. The cinnamon infused syrup is unbelievable. It’s good in coffee, on yogurt and oatmeal, and I have used it in several recipes as a sugar substitute. I wish all these products came in 50 gallon drums.
Thanks for the kind words, and we're pumped that you enjoy it. If there's anything we can improve or test out, please let us know!
Delicious products and great people! Place an order for delivery or go visit and see it in person!
