I have used online notary platforms in the past and have never had an issue. I used Proof for the first time to have a document notarized, and the document file the notary sent to me after paying $25, was blank and did not reflect any notarization. They blamed my NEW phone, with the latest version of PDF viewer on it as the cause of issue and keep telling me they aren't refunding the $25 for a notarized document that I don't have. I had to turn around and go to an in-person notary same day and pay an extra $14 on top of the $25 for the same document that should have been correct the first time. If you want to waste money, then use Proof.
First time using remote notary - EXCELLENT!
It was so easy to set up the document for signing, invite the other party to join & the remote notary Matthew was fantastic. Very efficient & easy to use service; yes it is a bit more expensive than going to a traditional in-person notary, but I was stuck just after 5pm on a Friday and was able to get the notarization done within 15mins overall time (most of that waiting for other signer to join call). Highly recommend

Fast & Easy
Fast, Easy and Professional. What a great concept!
The notery should have known that it wouldn't work because they were not in the same state, so it wont work for legal court documents because they are not in the same state that the court documents are being filed in.
My initial experience was good but the signatures are not printing so I've wasted $40 and must unpromote the service. I sent this information to a large group as a great service. The signatures are too light to print. The notary was great. I cannot in good conscious tell people to use a service when there is no remedy.
This notary knew that me getting this paper notarized was not needed. He had me do this process and pay for it, knowing it was pointless. This is why im giving a terrible review.
