The product showed up and worked great. Happy with the aesthetics. However, the instructions on getting it hung/installation video were very poor. We had an electrician hang the sign and he even commented on how poor the design and hanging instructions were compared to other similar projects he's done before. We had to go to Home Depot to grab additional items to hang it since the items that it came with did not suffice

Smoothie shop illuminated sign
We had a short timeline to constructing our business. Good communication from the start. Met and exceeded our expectations. The best looking sign among all of our shops. Price was fair, lower than local shops. And, local shops couldn't even make our sign on time. It looks even better than I thought it would.

Price was very affordable for a basic logo. After a few requested edits & tweaks I was overrall satisfied with my design. Customer service was good & cooperative but the delivery time was a lil later than promised as he stated they don't work on wknds.

I haven’t received my package yet so it’s hard to even tell if all the problems I went through are worth it. I ordered at the beginning of December to give extra time for Christmas. The website said it would take 3-5 days to ship out. It took three weeks, barley any updates from the company (I had to reach out multiple times) now Christmas is tomorrow and they promised it would be here by then and It’s still in china. So Christmas present is ruined for not being here on time. After also confirming the design 2x with the company, they sent me a confirmation picture as to what they were sending. And the wording of it was wrong so of course that delayed it even more. Overall, I’ve had a very unpleasant experience but hoping the final result is worth it. Pray to god.

I needed a custom size metal cabinet…
I needed a custom size metal cabinet made so I found Nova pro signs online I contacted a sales rep and told him what I wanted he sent over a check out link so I paid when he sent over a 3D drawing it was totally different than what I wanted he said he was going to revise the drawing and send it to me which he never did he said he would tell his production team to make the changes I was also told I would receive this cabinet in 10 to 12 days it is going over 30 days and still have received nothing I asked for a refund and have been getting the run around and still haven’t received anything from nova pro sign I paid for a product and received nothing
