The two individuals I have dealt with thus far for getting the NIF and detailed information about the Banks and D7 visa, have been both knowledgeable and professional. I have appreciated their candor and honesty. I am very pleased with the services I have received thus far with Novomove.
My grandfather is from Portugal, and I have always wanted to apply for citizenship by descent. I spent a lot of time on my own trying to figure out the process. And then I found Novomove. They made the process very clear by carefully outlining all the steps necessary, and provided guidance on how to find the documents required. Mariana and César are both amazing, helpful, and very responsive. Finding old documents in Portugal was a real challenge for me, but Mariana found ways to find my grandfather's baptismal records since he didn't have a birth certificate. I am extremely grateful I found Novomove, and couldn't be happier with the service from Mariana and César. They always responded to my messages quickly, and clearly. I think we exchanged nearly 70 messages throughout the process, and I never had to wait long for a response. If your situation is also complicated, use Novomove! It was the best decision I made. And now I can rest easy knowing that my citizenship application has been completed, and I can fulfill my lifelong dream of becoming a Portuguese citizen. My grandfather would be so proud! NIF Request. NovoMove response times are superfast and their pricing is the best by far. They provide step-by-step guides for navigating the Portal das Financas that are accurate, clear and unambiguous, and most of all, up-to-date. I really appreciated the positive interaction and attentive assistance from Tijana.
Thus far, I have used them to achieve my NIF number and the correspondence has been excellent. I hope that after each step that I use their service, I am able to "rate" them. This way, I am able to inform all about all the services I use!

I’ve had a really good experience with Novomove. They assisted me with a NIF for Portugal. They have so many resources to assist in moving to Portugal, some possible to do on your own, some better left to a professional. Whatever your comfort zone is with DIY, their guides are super helpful. They also keep you informed with the process and answer emails quickly. I would recommend them.

Pretty smooth experience overall. I got my NIF and opened a Millennium BCP account through them. The NIF took just a couple of days, while opening PT bank account took almost 1.5 months. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and the outcome.
