The customer service representative contacted the carrier to discover why my package wasn't delivered. She sent a replacement to my home address. She made it easy and kept me updated throughout the process. I was impressed with her help. Looking forward to trying my kits out with my granddaughter on our family beach trip.
These are beautiful.
Quality paints, canvases, and customer support.
The company kept in touch and the goods were fine.
Loved the picture. Just wish I'd gone with the framed one. Next time.
Happy to give Number Artist a 5-star review—not only for the outstanding quality of their paint-by-number kits, but also for their exceptional customer service! We accidentally placed the wrong order, and their team responded quickly with a solution that made everything right. They were kind, courteous, understanding, and prompt throughout the entire process. It's refreshing to find a company that truly stands behind both its products and its customers. Highly recommend!
Prompt delivery, true colors! Great customer service!
I highly recommend Number Artist! I have ordered 6 different pieces from them so far and every one of them has been very nice. Plenty of paint for each piece etc. I am new to this and I find it very relaxing.. plus if you buy 2 you get a 3rd unframed canvas for free..
Great product! Lots of interesting paintings to choose from. I’m hooked
Everything is great, subject choices, paints and price but the brushes could be of a better quality and maybe only 3 instead of 3 practically the same.
I’ve ordered several kits from this vender, and all arrived in a reasonable amount of time given that they ship from China. I have been very pleased with the quality of the product.
Everything was great, the canvases, the paint, and how it is all organized. The paint was a bit off on one of the three ptgs i got but it was okay cuz i improvised. I would def order from you again. Thanks.
The vibrant color, canvas with paper copy, and brushes that could last. I recommend it to all with specific things wanted in canvas with Paint by numbers.
The customer service is wonderful. Painting arrived in a secure box without any problems to the actual canvas right on time. The paints are great, coverage over numbers...perfect, plenty to finish my painting without having to ask for more. The canvas and brushes were of excellent quality. Will definitely buy again!
Great kit. First timer. Good instructions. Good paints. Was fun!
Great product, quick delivery. Very much enjoying my 1st piece
One of the boxes came slightly crushed on one side and thankfully nothing got ruined. I am waiting for the easel before I start my paintings. I'm sure I'll enjoy them.
Really nice painting kits excellent value for money highly recommended
This has been the kindest, most actively engaged experience with a company. They truly listen and do all to help and to improve. Their products are superior quality, and I highly recommend their use!
