ENJOYING -- But kinda addictive

I thoroughly enjoy NA - PBN because they give me a productive & creative outlet. My spouse has been ill quite a lot lately so I'm able to stay close but still have something to do that's mine. The quality of the canvases and the clarity of the paint cells & numbers are great. Yes I use a magnifier occasionally but that's my eyes not a flaw in NA's product. There's NEVER been a shortage of which scene/subject I'd like to paint next. Actually it's hard to narrow the decision because of the great options. The quality of the paints has been very good. I've never run short and yes, even when I decide to go over some of the lighters shades again. Btw, the white pen they sell or, better, gift you when you order a few PBN sets at the same time really works well to cover the lighter shade paint cells numbers. Plus, in addition to the quality of Number Artist's products, they have a very helpful FB Group community that helps when you get stuck and genuinely celebrates each other's accomplishments. Come on. Give it a try. 👍

Definitely enjoyable

Definitely enjoyable. Good for the nights you wants to just unwind and watch a show or movie while painting because it's very relaxing. It is definitely a big time commitment because I feel like I've already way worked on it over 12 hours and I don't have even half of it all done, but that's fine for me.

Incredible Service Experience

Number Artist is amazing. They have come through for me in a huge way. I sent in a photo for a custom kit of my sister's two dogs. One is Brown and one is a gray-ish blue color (his name is Blu). It's a picture of them sleeping together in front of the fireplace, and I'm painting it as a gift for her birthday. Just as I was getting started on it, one of the dogs had to be put to sleep, and I knew that this painting was going to be even more important. In the picture, Blu is more on top, and so more is him is showing, but when I got to painting his body, all I had for paint was browns. I contacted Paint Artist, and Mariane and the art team worked with me to try to re-map just Blu's coloring. They tried that so that I wouldn't have to start the entire painting over, but it ended up that they were unable to send me new colors for just Blu. Instead, they refigured the entire painting and had me approve it before they sent me a new kit for free. They understood how important this painting was to me, and would be to my sister, and made it important to them. The customer service was absolutely some of the best I have ever experienced from an online company in all my years buying online. This is a company you can trust, has incredibly high-quality service and products, and if your order isn't exactly right, they will make it right.

Best and will Use them in the Future

I had been using another company for all of my PBN projects and they went out of business. I found Number Artist and wrote to them about their company and within a day received an answer, so I ordered three paintings. Once I received, I had an issue and was in contact with customer service who resolved my issue immediately. Their paintings come rolled and their paints are consistent and not dry, comes with sticker numbers and are in a pad that is reuseable. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them for future projects.

Number Artist - Quality service

The quality of the products is what makes me continue to order and recommend to others. The pre-designed pictures have a huge range to choose from and the ability to upload your own photo makes the custom option really personal. The canvases are good quality, as is the paint and the inclusion of brushes and a white marker means you're set up to go from the moment you receive your kit. Add to this the customer service is really good. I recently had a problem with a tone of grey that had been supplied. It was the wrong colour. I contacted customer services and was dealt with professionally and quickly and very soon after received 3 pots of the missing colour. Number Artist also listens to its community. There is a growing group who support each other, provide advice for and who Number Artist ask for ideas from. New releases have come from these ideas. Overall they provide quality products and a fantastic service. What's not to like?

This company has a huge selection, and I like that I could choose the number of colors in my palette. They have great sales, and when I ran out of some of the paint colors, they made it really easy to contact them, and they replenished them for free. Hours of relaxing fun.

I have ordered many paintings from Number Artist and have had many compliments on the paintings. I just completed two paintings for my sons’s family. They were so thrilled. Loving the paint by numbers

I saw this on social media and thought to give it a try! It took about 2-3 weeks before getting it in the mail. I was so excited and a couple of days later I decided to start on my project. You really need a steady hand and have lots of patience. I look forward to seeing what the finish product will actually look like after I’m done (which might be at the end of the year). I loved the canvas prints I picked! One of the prints my husband forgot to order as a canvas so I had to take to Michael’s to have them mount on canvas. Not sure why anyone would want to order a print rolled up instead of canvas is beyond me. Regardless I am really enjoying the time I am spending painting the canvas. I would highly recommend if you have time to paint! ❤️

A wonderful Hobby

Have been taken over by the 'painting' bug. Have completed 6 'paint by numbers' - 5 being from Number Artist. Can't draw for the life of me, this method so easy and looks so great when finished.Now going to work on a photo I sent to them that was recently delivered. So relaxing and just can't stop, a little each pm, stops me falling asleep in armchair. Husband says he can't keep up with the frames!!!!

I was about half way finished with my piece when I noticed that several large areas had the same color number, meaning that the entire sky would be almost one color and very uninteresting. I sent a message to Number Artist and was promptly answered. As I worked through their endless questions I noticed that 3 paint pots were dried rock solid and requested replacements for those numbers. The new pots were promised and the color numbering error was largely ignored. I received shipping info but it has been 3 weeks and no updates or package received. Save your money and time. There are other more reputable and responsive companies to choose from. Update: the paint pods arrived and they also included a set of brushes, which I appreciate.
