I am trying to avoid knee surgery as long as I can. I took them for over a year and felt better. I then stopped and tried other supplements with meagre results. When I first tried this product, it really reduced my hot flashes. I recently have been getting more of them but it has also been very hot and humid out. I am hoping it reduces them again once the weather gets cooler. Even though I still get hot flashes, they are not as intense. This has been the only product that has helped at all.
