Not 100 percent happy with it.
Delivery quite rapid, customer service good when I had a query about the order. But the sticky pads are extremely expensive and sold in packs of 3, but you need two each time you replace them. Where's the logic in that except to make more money! After I ordered I was bombarded with emails to buy more pads, and to upgrade and to order more stuff. The box the unit comes in is incredibly difficult to open, you can't grip it anywhere and arthritic hands make it even more difficult. There is a small tab on the pads so you can peel them on and off but this needs to be bigger. They stick to your fingers and not where you are putting them. The little massaging units are somewhat temperamental, you have to keep switching them on and off to get the remote to work. Once they are on and working they do seem to be giving me relief but they are NOT a cure for stenosis. I have had a decompression operation, and ordered this for my recovery. It is a faff to use it, but I am persevering and it is useful for other stiff parts like my shoulders.

I have only been using ReliveX for 5 days as it had to come from America to Australia. So easy to use and I feel the first 5 days I haven't had noticeable improvement but feels good while using it and they say can take 30 days to start improving. I am happy with it so far as nothing else has helped me, Tablets and major spine surgery have not worked at all. This company does 3 months returns if you are not happy. To me it is worth trying.

I bought a ReliveX Adaptive Correction System, 3 weeks ago and I have enjoyed the benefits of the system. The improvement started virtually from the start and I continue to feel the benefits. The product is well made but there is a learning curve. Once you have it all figured out it is easy to set up and use. There customer service is disappointing and blatantly AI driven. I ordered some extra hosts and tried to cxl an hour later was told I couldn't cxl cause order was already in process. Was told to find a friend to gift it to.

The product works well. I have a little trouble linking the remote to the pads sometimes, but they relief is great. Not noticing any miracles, but the lower back thanks you.

I ordered this product from seeing an advertisement on Facebook and was skeptical first if being a scam on Facebook and second does the product really work. Well I took the plunge and ordered it and surprisingly it came relatively fast considering where it shipped from. The package is small and compact and light weight and very nice. Very simple to use and so far I have been really using it twice a day like they recommend and it works very well. I’ve committed to using it every day to help my back muscles after having spinal fusion 8 months ago. The customer service communication has been very good and they respond quickly. I give it 4 out of 5 stars for now with the hopes of the benefits come along over the next 3 months and if the results are all positive I’d give it the 5th star. I recommended this to one of my friends that has back issues already and would recommend it to anyone seeking therapeutic solutions to give it a try.

Very slick packaging, nicely designed. the actual product looks to be well made and stylish, but 4 days in, I am still having trouble pairing the remote to the discs.Its hit and miss...works really well once I get it sorted out.

This company keeps charging me 49.50 for pads that I never received. They claim I have a subscription which I can’t find anywhere. I have complained and resta refund and just today, they attempted to charge me again. I do not trust this company and have not noticed any changes on the level of back pain since I bought it.

The device work OK, but the annoying american way of doing bussiness is not done. They want to ship more pads that I didn't order. Everyday annoying emails to buy and buy and buy mor useless items. Avoid this american company!!!!!!!!
