A love your prpoduct but I have a problem One of the pads does not work more then 3 minutes before "wanting " a new charge. What can I do!!! I would have given a ZERO if possible. I received this product and it did not work. They sent me a replacement unit and it also did not work. I spent hours on emails and making videos they requested showing it does not work and they will not give me a refund. Terrible product and terrible customer service.

This a big scam, I am trying to return it, but I get nothing but a hassle from customer service. They are deducting $18.00 because I a returning a Medical device, They don't want pads back so I am only sending back the charging unit that has nothing to do with it being a "Medical Device"

It takes two weeks to arrive because it’s shipping from overseas. The literature shows that you can use it on all kinds of body parts. You might be tempted to be excited about that, but then your units die after 15 minutes of use. You reach out because, surely no one would make such a short lived product. But no, it’s intentional. I supposedly have the 2.0 version even though there’s no identifying marks. It takes 2 hours to charge. So instead of being able to take care of all your problem areas in the same time window, now you have to pick and choose. 10/10 pisses me off. I was told, it’s functioning correctly because you shouldn’t use it for more than 15 minutes. If I’m using it on a different muscle group, I don’t understand the problem. Thanks big brother.
The first unit I received would not fully charge. I asked for replacement After much time of continued emails.. They agreed to replace. After many weeks, I received only ONE piece of unit that I cannot charge.. but TWO are needed plus the charger. Many have complained of same similar problems. This company plays email games. I Recommend buying from NEURO MD.. A company that wont stiff you...

I like the product, it works very well for me. The price of the gel pads is high, it gives the 10% discount on the next purchase but has to be used in less than 1 week. Also don’t care for the “import fees”, to me it is an unstated tax not disclosed at purchase.

I have experienced lower back pain on and off for years. I have used so many different remedies/massagers/STEM/heating pads…this is the only thing that has offered sustained relief. I’ve only been using it for 1 week, following the treatment plan to a T, and I have noticed a huge improvement.
We really like the product and it works well. My husband is using it as rehab after 2 back surgeries. He feels the difference. We wish the replacement pads were cheaper, and could be purchased thru Amazon or a more local place. Delivery took way to long, once we had decided to purchase the unit. Do not buy the old style unit on Amazon. The buttons are more difficult activate. The remote on the new version is terrific. Purchase directly through Relivex. This unit does not disappoint! Purchase a unit now, the only disappointment will be how long it takes to arrive.
My experience is great i had previously used tens with wire to the pads so this is more discrete ease of use is key. Good quality pads multiple uses.customer service and delivery was excellent.
