Clarity MD bent over backwards to correct an inadvertent shipping error. It was so nice to deal with a company who still remembers what customer service is and where you can communicate with humans instead of AI bots.
I would have given a ZERO if possible. I received this product and it did not work. They sent me a replacement unit and it also did not work. I spent hours on emails and making videos they requested showing it does not work and they will not give me a refund. Terrible product and terrible customer service.
