I use the Relive unit every night. It seems to be helping me with my back issues. I’ve had spinal fusion on L 4 and L 5. The surgery was great for about 12 years, then some pain down the legs started. This unit does help!!
I have been dealing with sciatica for 20 years with chiropractor visits every six weeks. I think these pads have the potential to be a great help even though I have only used them less than a week. If I can strengthen my lower back muscles with these pads, the benefits will really be great
I bought this for my older sister and she has been using it for only 4 days. She says she can feel it working on her back and says she can feel it going up her spine. She also puts it on her sciatic pain which she can feel it working into the area. Hopefully in time she will be pain free or at least be able to get a full nights sleep🙏🙏

My carer put pads on had a while to work it out got it working then was reading leaflet payed all that money i then ead carnt use with pacemaker you dont say anything in you advertisement im so disappointed

It took a few days to get the device right. But working fine now. Just forgot to push the buttons. Be sure to watch video when sent to email for directions. I had to watch it twice. I missed a few things the first time. It feels great on my sore spots. I told my daughter about it. She going to try mine to see if it’s something she wants to purchase.
I’ve had major back surgery that leaves me in strong muscle spasms. Relive seems to help with the stiffness and tightness. Hoping as time goes by I get more relief from the pain in my back. I definitely recommend this product.
Product is great. I use it twice a day or more with stretching and Icing after. The shipment of replacement pads take a couple of weeks. Plane accordingly quick delivery is very expensive.

It was delivered promptly. Product set up is easy to do. Good quality product. Good support network. Helped my back pain on the first day and helping each day. Discovered on day 3 that i can control it from the unit not just the remote control.

I have been trying for days to get the return procedure. I am not satisfied with this product after using it for 2 months They have tried offering free gel pads or a $23 refund and keep the device. This is such Terrible customer service. I'm reporting them to the consumer fraud hotline as I am a senior
It took longer than I expected to get it. Once you get used to the best way to use it it works ok. Got make sure you turn both on at the same time. Too soon to say if it's working. Not a week in yet.

I am not happy with the product and never was able to have it work properly. When I asked to return for a refund they offered alternative which I did not want. I have sent 5 emails now requesting a refund. I do not even get an acknowledgement from them. They say a 90 day no risk money be guarantee. So far this is not what they are doing. I am not a satisfied customer.
