The red light therapy/massage device is giving me hope.
The red light therapy/massage device is giving me new hope for a complete recovery from a constant ache in my legs and back. I'm able to sleep much better now because the pain in my legs has subsided notably. I am enjoying this item. The only complaint I have is that when it's on Auto, the traction step only ever works on one side; not the other. I would have to stop and flip it in order to get traction on both sides. I also then tried the Manual setting but got the same result. Very disappointing.

I needed some help at the beginning with a billing issue. I spoke to someone who helped right away.
I'm traveling so haven't had a chance to use it as much as I would like. But few times I have used it is really helped a lot. I have an issue with a drop foot from the nerve roots and my low back. Along with chiropractic and the smooth spine I don't seem to have the issue as intensely. I'm looking forward to using it more frequently.

I'm getting some relief from tingling sensation in my feet.
I've been using my massage pillow twice a day since it arrived. Just love the traction feature in the programme, and that I'm able to run that feature on its own. Is starting to relive some of the tingling sensation in my feet and lower legs.

Love the concept of Smoothspine. It does work well and relieves the pain. However, the machine’s operating buttons are very hard to operate. I find them hard to move onto the heat etc. Other than that I’m glad I purchased the product as I use it quite often even on my recliner.

I have tried a lot of different devices to minimize my lower back pain (electrical stimulation, stretching) they all seem to work to some degree. This device provides massaging which is really helpful.
