I was able to feel a big difference in decreased lumbar pressure after the first three sessions. I set an alarm timer on my phone, because SmoorhSpine is so comfortable and relaxing, I tend to fall asleep during therapy sessions! The heat is a little too intense for me, but that’s easily lessened by putting a thick pillow case or hand towel over the unit. Overall the pain and tension in my low back has decreased to bearable levels. Thank you!

I have been using my equipment every morning and evening and I have noticed a big improvement in my back pain. The only problem I have is that when I finish my workout I have trouble getting up. I wish there was a grab bar for getting up

I’m not sure if using this is helping me or something else but I’ve been using it twice a day for a week and I can walk much better. I’m on a cane but I can’t believe the difference. It took forever to get it so just be patient if you haven’t received it. I even bought one for my sister who experiences back pain.

For anyone who has to do any type of lifting mild to heavy weight on the job!
I do a lot of lifting on my job with degenerative and bulging disc that inflames my sciatic nerve causing acute pain. I do not like taking pain meds, especially with a cardiac history. The device works great and is helping my back problem. However, instructions that came with it are incomplete. Had to struggle to find how to work the device and still not sure to be getting full benefit. I called but had difficulty getting to talk to anyone. The lady I finally talked to said she would email additional instructions, but I never received anything.
