The product is interesting. The heating feature is a little too hot for me, but we are in a major heat wave right now so I may reconsider this when the weather cools a bit. I do wish there was more controls of the massage mechanisms rather than just the preprogramed settings, but overall, it is offering a degree of relief from back pain. I’m happy I bought this.

I’m new to SmoothSpine, so to be completely honest I’m not quite sure about this thing! The first couple of days I think I may have over done it and thus paid the price. Now after using the device for a week, I'm experiencing some slow improvement to the point of being able to fall asleep without fighting that awful burning pain for hours. Last night (night 6) I actually slept through the night and could sit through 2 hours of worship services today. I’m hopeful this progress continues and will post my progress as time passes. Fingers crossed……because I’ve tried everything and nothing else has worked for the past 10 years.

I live in Canada so it cost more and takes longet to receive it. I have only had it about 8 days. Still addjusting to it's fermness and finding right spot on back. I love the heat and like the sway program. I thought they was a few more opption but seams only the two presure up and down strength. Only three spots for the infrered. I will contine to use and hope it helps my back.

The Smoothspine device is very easy comfortable to use and does what it says.
My only concern at present is my Sciatic pain has gotten worse but I have been only using it for a few days so I’m hopeful it will get better.
