The lower back massager works quite well and provides some temporary relief from lower back stiffness and pain. It can be used sitting in a chair or lying on your back and has a useful timing mechanism. A nice alternative to getting a back massage from a therapist.

I have only had my SmoothSpine and used…it for 4 days
I have only had my SmoothSpine and used it for 4 days. I felt like after the first couple of days my feet and toes didn't feel so numb. Hope it keeps improving my feet and back.

Took a little while to arrive in Australia, but it was well packed and arrived in good condition. Sadly, it didn't come with the Australian adaptor, which was promised in the advertisement I answered on Facebook. Hopefully one will be forthcoming. As far as the unit goes, it certainly appears to be doing the job; admittedly, I've only used it a few times so far, but I'm sure it will be of great benefit as time goes on.

After my first 15 minute therapy session with SmoothSpine, I had instant relief! I had been using my cane for quite some time due to the pain in walking. After my session, I put my cane away and never looked back. I couldn't believe the relief I received from just one treatment with the SmoothSpine. Since then, I have faithfully used the treatment twice a day for 15 minutes each and have increased the stretching portion. I have not had to go back to my cane. I was able to cancel an epidural shot, and physical therapy sessions on my back, at least for now. I also decided not to take the Gabapentin oral medication for pain as I was receiving a great deal of relief from the SmoothSpine sessions. I told the medical staff that I want to give SmoothSpine a thorough chance to work for me before any other additional procedures. So far, I am delighted with my progress!

I was skeptical I have degenerative bone disease and have suffered for 40 years following a motorcycle incident on the interstate at 65 mph wasn't to bad initially but continued to get worse.
