The unit arrived as advertised. Everything was there including the cube to plug into the wall. Unit worked fine and provided some relief. I use it each night as Isit in my chair. I have trouble using it on the floor or in bed because it is lhard for me to get on top of it.
I like it and would buy it again if I did not have one.

I have only started using it a week ago. It's way to early to say whether it's working or not. All I can say for now is that the three settings feel quite comfortable and I am using it twice a day.

I bought this for my kupuna (elder) mom whom has bad sciatica. Since the first time she used it she felt 75% better. By the 3 rd use she was at 95% relief of pain. I can’t tell you how wonderful it is for her and not being in pain all the time. I give it 10 stars!!

Smooth Spine is terrific at communication! They have checked on my progress regularly since the day I ordered. While Smooth Spine gives me relief, my case may be different from others suffering from spinal stenosis. I have had 2 major back surgeries, so I have a lot of hardware in my back which may prevent vertebra from moving. However, I'm not disappointed!

The relief was fast and effective at the beginning. Although the timer cuts off before total relief is found, its easy to turn back on. The combo of the vibration, heating and massage makes for a wonderful experience. It works in the bed or sitting in the recliner and is definitely worth it after a long day. Thank you smooth spine

A friend told me about SmoothSpine. We both had similar spinal issues. I went to the website and checked out the device. I decided to order one. I had a glitch with the card I wanted to use and got a courtesy call from Customer Service almost instantly. Not perfect but only used smooth spine for a couple of weeks. Over did and put me backwards to more pain I am not 20 anymore even though my brain thinks I am. Still using it every night.

If I could rate zero. I would. I have been trying for several weeks to get a response by phone and by email Help. Product stopped working. After placing a dispute then I get the following response from Customer service.
"Thank you for contacting SmoothSpine.
After reviewing your request, we're unable to approve your return under our Refund & Return Policy.
Our return process requires sufficient time to complete all mandatory steps, including:
Verification of the device's physical condition.
Issuance of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Return shipment to our warehouse.
Delivery to our return facility.
Warehouse inspection and confirmation of the returned product before a refund can be authorized.
Because your request was submitted with fewer than 10 days remaining in the 90-day period, there is not enough time to complete the required return and inspection process before the eligibility window expires.
As a result, we are unable to issue an RMA or approve a refund for this order.

Delivery of my Multi Therapy Pro was excellent, they could certainly show the rest how to get goods across the pond quickly.
Read up on how to get best effect from my MTP , have now used it for four days. I do believe I have made a fantastic purchase that does what it says it will.
Each day after treatment I can get out of bed much easier, one hour later I am not feeling any of the pains I’ve gotten used to.

The product is great and then I had a breakdown problem. I did not get the warranty , so I needed to replace my SmoothSpine Massager.
