Slow start
I received my order 2 weeks after expected arrival date. I did not expect that it would be two separate devices when I clicked on the upgrade.

Slower than expected but effective
The device came fairly quickly. The first two weeks I noted very little difference and wondered if I should return the device but by the third week my sciatica pain had started improving, decreasing in frequency and duration. I am happy I stuck with it and appreciate the improvement.

The back machine product seems to be good so far
The back machine product seems to be great but I was not pleased with the pressure on line to do additional add-ons. You should also note that if a purchaser has any implanted cardiac device they should not order the TENS unit...perhaps a question in the order field??
