Not 100 percent happy with it.
Delivery quite rapid, customer service good when I had a query about the order. But the sticky pads are extremely expensive and sold in packs of 3, but you need two each time you replace them. Where's the logic in that except to make more money! After I ordered I was bombarded with emails to buy more pads, and to upgrade and to order more stuff. The box the unit comes in is incredibly difficult to open, you can't grip it anywhere and arthritic hands make it even more difficult. There is a small tab on the pads so you can peel them on and off but this needs to be bigger. They stick to your fingers and not where you are putting them. The little massaging units are somewhat temperamental, you have to keep switching them on and off to get the remote to work. Once they are on and working they do seem to be giving me relief but they are NOT a cure for stenosis. I have had a decompression operation, and ordered this for my recovery. It is a faff to use it, but I am persevering and it is useful for other stiff parts like my shoulders.
