★☆☆☆☆ Very disappointed with OOTD T10
I do not recommend buying the OOTD T10.
The scooter is almost brand new, but after only 150 km it started having serious problems. The entire scooter constantly squeaks, especially the front suspension. The bolts become loose after rides, and the squeaking keeps coming back. I cleaned it, lubricated it, tightened every bolt, and even disassembled the suspension, but nothing fixed the problem. This is unacceptable for a nearly new scooter.
The customer support is even worse. I have been waiting for a reply for two weeks, and they are simply ignoring my messages. They asked me to send videos and information, and after that they stopped responding completely.
I also ordered a steering damper from the official OOTD website. It has been well over 20 business days, and it still has not arrived. There is no update about the shipment and no help from customer support.
I really regret buying this scooter. For this price, I expected good quality and reliable customer service, but instead I got constant problems, ignored messages, and delayed orders. I cannot recommend OOTD to anyone.
The item didnt work on my scooter. I wanted to make an return but got refused due to that the product was an accessoar....thats very bad service! Very disappointed at the company... I cant recommend! Now I have an object for 60 Usd that I cant use...
They are fast to deliver the product and the customer service is good but could be faster I think they are from china so that’s why the customer service is a lil slow
Customer service is non existent. Was looking at purchasing the t90 from the official o-otd website and used the online chat thing to ask a couple of questions before purchasing. Was left unanswered for 5 entire days. I've gone and purchased the freeboy j30 max instead as there customer service representative responded to me in a matter of minutes unlike ootd. Dreadful
Ordered a scooter for them to then email and cancel the order and still haven't given me a refund, so I can't order another scooter for my son's birthday.

Great quality and very stable, however its rather heavy (32kg) due to battery volume.
Im really pleased with it and it runs great!!
