Was scammed on a vxdiag MB unit. Received box but no software. I had to file a PayPal dispute to get a refund. Luckily PayPal cam through and refunded my money. Now I am receiving threatening emails to send them back the money. They even sent me a link to a business they left a terrible review on. The best part is they picked a business I don't own and am not affiliated with. They also tried to post my personal information and got that wrong too. Beware and don't do business with them.
Dont waste your time or money on their so called products. Their customer service is also absolutely awful. Gives random excuses for not helping to get their plastic junk garbage to work.

Worst experience, ripped me off twice for vcm2.
Sent vcx nano clone style first time, did not work correctly.
Paid another $120 second time for a full chip style pcb , they sent photos and promised it would work. Sent another vcx style single chip board. Then said it was a mistake and i should return it at my cost over $100 to send back to china. Complete fraud and they know what they are doing. Very difficult to get money back, i am out over $240 now.
I had a Candi module that worked for about a month then it quit and would not boot up .Now remember i worked with this Tech 2 since it came in the 90,s They e-mail me back and say its not for gm trucks.Really how much knowledge does this person have about the product?

With out the correct tool not going to get great result so with manufacturer developing new gadgets to acomodate requirement for current vehicles to keep up in top of the industries
